Isaac Loe, Marshall.
You are hereby notified that cows and stock are running at large in the village contrary to State Law. It is your duty to enforce the law in the village. The penalty is a fine and imprisonment for failure on your part after view or notice.
This notice I now give you and I will certainly cause your arrest if you do not enforce this law without fear or favor to any one.
